Gone with the wind??

My hopes of the DH making it back from the Bahamas in time for the Beef Wellington I planned to make tonight are gone… it is VERY WINDY here and I’m SURE the flight will be delayed.

So do I cook the fabu Gor-Met-a-licious dinner for me and the kiddies, tenderloin being $17 a pound (ofcourse I got it on sale)? Or do I wait and cook tomorrow night, and just order out for the offspring and I?
